Came off a truck equipped with the 6.7L power stroke diesel engine, if your truck has a different engine you will have to swap wiring harnesses.
Will fit 2011-2016 F250-F550 trucks without modification.
It does not make a difference if your truck is four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive. There is a cover that is held in place by a few screws that covers the hole for the transfer case lever, you will need to remove this cover if your truck is equipped with a manual transfer case.

All truck beds & cabs ship via insured flatbed trailer to business or residential locations. Cabs will a good size skid steer or tractor, car hoist, overhead crane or several more people, a dressed regular cab weighs roughly 1000lbs, extended cab 1500lbs and a crew cab 2000lbs.
Truck beds & cabs have a 1-4 week handling time depending on your location.
