LTL freight is shipped to freight terminals unless you contact us via phone to specify you are shipping the item to a business location.<\/p>\n
WE ASK FOR YOUR ADDRESS SO WE CAN LOCATE THE CLOSEST TERMINAL TO YOU.
\nWe can ship LTL freight to a residential address but there are additional charges associated not included in the price included online, contact us for pricing.<\/p>\n
Freight Tracking & Terminal Location Pickup Information<\/p>\n
We use FedEx & UPS primarily, you will receive the location of the freight terminal once the tracking information has been updated this can take a few days from the time the order was placed. Depending on the population density of where you live will depend on how far the terminal is from you.
\nTracking numbers\u00a0are assigned after the order has been packaged.
\nThe freight carrier terminal will reach out via phone when your order has arrived and is ready for pickup.<\/p>\n
Before signing for merchandise<\/p>\n
It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging and the contents inside for damage before signing.
\nIF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED YOU SHOULD REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT SIGN FOR IT ON THE DOCK. YOU MUST STATE ON THE BOL WHY IT WAS REFUSED AND TAKE PICTURES.
\nPictures\u00a0should be taken before and after removal of packaging.
\nAny\u00a0damage\u00a0to packaging or contents inside needs to be reported on the freight bill\u00a0before signing.

What is considered LTL freight?\u00a0Technically speaking LTL stands for less than full truck load, what we refer to as LTL freight is smaller products that we send out on pallets such as tailgates, bumpers, doors, engines, axles, exhaust systems, transmissions etc. In a nutshell\u00a0WE CLASSIFY LTL FREIGHT\u00a0as products that would exceed Ups or Fed Ex’s size\/weight restrictions to send it standard shipping or could get damaged on the belts they use for standard shipping.
