2014 is a split year. Most trucks carry this body style (new body style) but there are a few that still carry the older body style.<\/p>\n
2019 is also a split year. Most trucks carry this body style while others started to carry the newer body style.<\/p>\n
It does not make a difference if your truck is four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive, gas or diesel, 1500-3500, the badges are just stickers and make no mechanical difference.<\/p>\n
What is the lift assist hinge?\u00a0If you look at the driver side hinge it will either be round or square\/rectangular. If your truck is equipped with lift assist it will have the square\/rectangular hinge pictured on the left. If yours has the round hinge like the one pictured on the right, it is not\u00a0equipped with lift assist. You can swap the hinge on the truck side with just 2 bolts so that it has the correct style hinge to match the gate you will be purchasing.<\/p>\n
Camera and Lock If your truck is equipped with either of these options and the tailgate you are looking at purchasing is not its not a big deal. You can reuse your parts in the new tailgate.<\/p>\n

\nIF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED YOU SHOULD REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT SIGN FOR IT ON THE DOCK. YOU MUST STATE ON THE BOL WHY IT WAS REFUSED AND TAKE PICTURES.
